  • Phone number: Collected only if you choose to enable SMS notifications in your account settings.

  • Account information is used to authenticate you and personalize your experience.
  • Phone number is used solely to send SMS notifications that you have opted into, such as auction monitoring alerts.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Twilio: We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering the SMS messages you have opted into. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your phone number is retained only while SMS notifications are enabled. If you disable SMS notifications or request deletion, your phone number is removed from our systems. Account information is retained for the lifetime of your account. To request deletion of your account, contact us through the portal.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including encrypting data in transit and limiting access to authorized personnel only.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
